Profile of an Artist
When you shoot an artist, focus on his hands;
When you shoot a woman / kid focus on their eyes
When you shoot elederly people focus on their wrinkles as each one is telling a thousand stories;
When shooting profile, don't loose focus on minor details around the person
These are some tips that I got from my mentors. I have tried to follow some of the them here in this shoot of Mr. R.Haq. Who is father in law of one of our PEASD collegue, Mr. Mohammad Azam and is visiting from India. Excellent painter and was a photographer himself.
I thank Mr. Aazm and Haq Sahib to let me shoot his profile. I have not able to fully justify his brilliance with the brush in my photos but I have tried.
